Momentum Insurance / System failures and assessments

SYSTEM FAILURES TIME FRAMES

As per your email below, please note the following as Momentum used a company NETASS to do my car assessment whereby ALL the defaults where clearly showed out by ME as the insured, stated on several emails also as per our telephone conversation on Friday and I told you several times that I have also said on emails that NETASS was never at my vehicle. And that how am I supposed to NOW believe anything that is on my assessment report as the report was the whole time form the 8 – 15th of April just edited as per my emails that was send to Kagisano, and NETASS, @NonDriveableMomentum (Netass), 1. Then Marietjie needs to clarify with me why she said that Quinton said that about the car hire, I did not make anything up and all of you are not going to blame me for something that was said.

2. Netass WILL BE PAYING back my money and please stop this email of not taking accountability for what happened to this claim and the DELAYS in time frames and non-compliance by a supplier you used that did not comply with the conducting of the assessment report. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND THIS WILL BE DONE BY Wednesday as I am not going to keep on sending emails upon emails. Momentum and EVERYONE working on this claim from the beginning was well aware of what the settlement default date was, but I was the one keeping the claim up to date.

Still up to date Momentum is delaying the claim process of NOT submitting their case to the Ombudsman. and each time i have to pay the debit order of R 21 303.00 due to their neglectance.

This was an absolute default by Momentum and also being clever delaying the process to get the debit order for their benefit.

I am going through Worry, fear, anger and sadness with my ability to do the things i want or need to do.

Husband was rushed to hospital.whereby i also did not have a car and had to borrow one. Still Momentum does not even give a hell about this.

Pathetic and still they are not even bothered to get this claim sorted.

This was never escalated as a matter of urgency as nobody from Momentum phone me.
Let this be NOTED:
The debit order went off again last night on the30th of May for R 21 303.53 and Momentum will NOW be liable to pay back that debit order as well Due to neglectance from Momentum not being taken liable for their actions on this case.
It is now Friday the 31st of May and still nothing has been reported back to us regarding my case. If I do not ask or phone then I will not here anything back.
  • Total payable back to me is now R 42 607.06 form Momentum. LET THIS BE NOTED.
They are not going to just benefit out of this case, I will make sure of that.

HI Marc,
My case was referred on the 9th of May by you as per email below, and the 15 working days was yesterday. Now I am being told that the time delay is Monday for Momentum to submit.
This unfounded claim has not only caused me immense emotional pain but have also affected my personal and professional life. I am struggling to cope with the stress, anxiety, and feelings of humiliation that have arisen as a result. The emotional distress has manifested in various ways, impacting my daily life, relationships, and overall sense of security.
My primary goal in sharing this letter/affidavit is to convey the depth of my emotional distress and its impact on my life after this accident and that this is taking forever to get resolved for not being at fault.
This resulted in yesterday as my husband got very sick and I could not take him to hospital as I had no transport and had to phone ALL to get assistance.
Hope this case will be given high priority
See my email regarding my emotional stress and the debit orders.
