Momentum insurance refuses to settle valid claim

I got into an accident with a thrid party and claimed from momentum, they however refuse to settle my claim because the people they spoke to alledgedly said that I am the regular driver of the car yet I have my mother listed as the regular driver.

Facts relevant to the claim I have a bike and a car I am ussually on my bike from Monday to Firday and use my car mainly on weekends. My girlfriend who I see on weekends said that both my mother and I use the car. A tenant in the back rooms who only comes home on weekends said that he ussually sees me driving the car.

Both these individuals can only give account of what they witness on weekends, yet the assessor decided to ignore the fact that the weekend is only 2 days out of 7 in a week.

The sneaky assessor also recorded conversations with these individuals without their consent and refuses to share these conversations with me. How then do I satisfy myself of the validity of his claims!!!?
