Momentum Insurance refuses to accept laibilty for their own mistakes

Had a claim on my swimming which was rejected as they say it was wear and tear. Then they got pool contractors to open the paving to find the actaul leak after leaving it open and exsposed for 2 month they paving around the exsposed area has collapsed due it being open for so long and bad weather. Now they refusing to repair the damage what was caused due to their delay and bad choice of assesors and contactors.
