My first experience with Palesa Muchanga was impressive. She organised a rent vehicle from Avis. Their service was totally unexeptable. Firstly I had to pay a deposit of R1900, before giving me any documents. After I paid the amount, they start with their procedures. It seems to me that the person that handled the case do not understand their system. After about half an hour, they informed me that in case of an accident, my co-payment will be about R4000. Then he also informed me in fine print that I have to pay +-R740 and he also mentioned another +-R740 if something happens. At that stage I didn't listen any further. That was about 45 minutes later. Then I told them I do not want the vehicle any more. The next day I asked for a quotation from Winderboom panel beaters. At that stage I decided to repair the vehicle at my own cost because the vehicle was not driveable. Palesa Muchanga phoned me the next morning and I informed her that I am going to repair the vehicle at my own cost. She insist that I sent photos of the damaged bakkie. I must say, this is the best service I ever received from an insurance company. All thanks to Palesa Muchanga's sustained commitment and her follow up on the case. I can easily give her service a 5 star rating. Thank you Palesa!
