Momentum insurance company

Someone with knowledge please assist. Two months back my insurance company momentum cancelled my insurance due bad under writing for my car and house hold. Do they have the right to do that without me claiming or any refund for five years?

I feel this Momentum insurance company needs to refund me and my broker is no longer with the company.
