MOMENTUM INSURANCE

On 06 October 2023, my son Dimpho Kgoro driven by his friend Tsholofelo Mogari entered into an accident at corner January Masilela and Atterbury road, wherein they collided with a vehicle described as an Audi Q2 with registration number KHS 875 MP which negligently came to a full stop in the middles of the road causing Mr Mogaru to bump into them in the rear with the insured Vehicle described as For Eco Sport with the registration number HG 79 HZ GP.

The matter was immediately reported to the local police station being Garsfontein Police Station.

The matter was handed over to the investigation guy who has proven to be more of a hassle than a help in the entire process. He has requested information and cooperation frm my child and his friend from the beginning in order to make his due findings and assess the claim. After providing the information and cooperation, the Investigator persists on delaying the process and frustrating the matter by seeking irrelevant information and doing unnecessary checks to conclude the assessment.

Yesterday, 12 December 2023, i received an email that they have rejected my claim, I feel like my son/and his friend were treated like an unprioritized with ******** motivations in the processing of this insurance claim.

I would never advice any citizen to take an insurance with Momentum.
