Momentum I sure - Speedy response

After a very bad experience with a service provider who mismatched everything in my bathroom, Caitlin Stroud in the claims department has been a breath of fresh air.

Very rarely do you feel the need to show your appreciation to a claims consultant but in this case she has been absolutely amazing.

We have been waiting for feedback since February 2025 after no communication from our broker.

I wish that this experience in service could be the benchmark for all Insurers.
