Momentum Home Assist Rejected to help open the door
I was locked out because the latch on my door broke. Lerato from Momentum Home Assist said they cannot cover this as the door was not locked. I needed to get in urgently to get my medication. I had to find and call out a local locksmith to assist. It is disheartening to think they look for excuses not to assist.
