Momentum has damaged my car while in their custody!!! I WILL BE GOING TO THE OMBUDSMAN IF THIS IS NOT SORTED OUT IMMEDIATELY! !!! I WANT A MANAGER TO CALL ME.

My car went in for repairs 3 weeks ago as the tyre ans rims were nuckled due to a pothole on the road.the vehicle was fetched by a flat ed tow truck.pictures were taken in case of any issues. I have been dealing with a lady by the name of Tsehpo on ***. After numerous calls to her, we were informed that the front spoiler was damaged. Luckily we have the pics of the car on the flat bed depititing the car was in immaculate state except the tyre and rims. My mum is a retired diabetic and needs her car to go for her drs appointments etc. Nobody is getting back to us. Is this how Momentum values its clients? If this isnt resolved in the next week or so I shall be reporting the matter to the ombudsman and then we can take it from there. I dont want any one of your consultants calling me...I want management! !! And once this is over I will really have to think about whether I should look to another insurer who actually do value their clients. Absolutely disappointed.
