momentum don’t read there emails and queries

My I phone got cracked I had a fall .I am 80 and not the best when working around the house.Got authorisation and platinium repairs fetched Phone .After very long wait and me going all the way to playeniym repairs .Finally got it back they had completely cleaned all data .,just for screen change Phone went into disabled mode .Got desperate had it fixed again but Cel crazy cost 1000 including protection cover .Sent email to momentum complaining but got no feed back .Why did platinum do such bad job and why did I have to go to Cel crazy to restore all settings at my cost. Surley they should take of cost from platinum ??
