Momentum dodge paying for boundary wall

More than a month ago our boundary wall collapsed between us and a neighbor, just before Easter. There had been solid rain for along time here in Witbank and a few walk have collapsed in our area. Today over a month later they reject the claim, stating a tree on the neighbor side coupled with some or other building regulation is the reason they will not pay. We bought the house many years ago, have never build any walls ourselves and we do not see and roots of said tree interfering with the wall, intact the wall collapsed a good 10 meters from any tree on the neighbor side. When insuring us they said insurance is to fix anything that goes wrong and bring you back to before the incident, so what now? I find it absolutely disgusting that many walls fell in this area and have been fixed through insurance but we get ignored for a month then rejected? Stay away from these *****s.

Hi Brenda, it's been over a month, every other wall that has collapsed in our area has already been built, while we sat and waited for momentum to think out excuses

After promising to contact us in 2 days for our month long claim, nothing has happened. Absolute silence.
