Momentum Claims

I have never been so much disappointed with Momentum insurer. They say that the only time you know if you have the correct insurer by your side its at claims stage. I have claimed for my Samsung buds and its a week later no feedback, no correspondence unless i make a call or send an email.... I'm wondering if then i would have claimed for my car how long will they have taken. 3 months....3 years??? How disappointing after i have gone to the police station, got a quote and sent all info
