Momentum claim history

I requested a claim history from momentum only to find out that i have a settled claim that I don't know of, upon calling them on Monday I was told that they made Luthendo aware and he/she will call the said panel beater and correct the history,so when I phoned for an update I was told the same thing that they will make Luthendo aware so that they can confirm with panel beater,I very disappointed with Momentum insurance very poor service
