had a car accident around the 20th of March 2024. Upon reporting my situation with the insurance they were so quick to dispatch the towing truck (in less than an hour) and their agent asked if I felt safe around the scene.

They advised me to do an AC report which I did and again this lady kept checking with me to insure that it reached their offices within 24 hours.

The nice part about them comes here where the following Monday I drove about 100 km to Louis Trichardt to retrieve my car from Summit Auto body and get it fixed myself and I needed to get back to Gauteng after the Easter holidays and the person who answered the call to send the release email was Calvin Bapela. Calvin advised me to be patient as they still had to do the damage assessment and he promised to speed up the process as I explained that I don’t reside in that Province.

The following day he called to say that he was now assigned to my claim where he then sped up the process and within the next two days my claim was completed (car written off)and paid me accordingly. I must say he was always patient with me as I mostly didn’t know my claim number when calling him and I could tell that he is a busy person at work.

I am grateful Calvin , you are an asset to Momentum. Definitely getting back to you after purchasing my next wheels.
