Momentum Car Insurance is the worst, no customer service or support, pay for a premium n **** experience at claim stage

Terrible service 24 Aug 2022 I was bumped by a taxi driver at the back, Momentum sent their tow car, car went in to Zambezi ARC also selected by Momentum. After a week I called to find out the progress if the vehicle repairs has resumed or not because I did not want to take out car hire, I was informed they we’re waiting for parts and the parts had arrived, it would take 2 weeks to repair. Spoke to momentum that okay I’m ready to take car hire, went to Avis took the car 06 September 2022. Been following up with momentum about progress of the vehicle, nothing from their side, you call and hold the line for more than 15 minutes being sent from one pillar to the other, they themselves could not even give me an update. 20 September I called momentum and informed them that no one is getting back to me and I am worried that my car hire will expire soon and Zambezi ARC cannot give me an estimated date when they will finish my car. I asked momentum to please speak to Avis for extension, they said they will speak to their repairer, been calling email and nothing! 04 September after calling and fighting on emails this was their useless response to me:

Good day I got hold of the repairer the parts was received today They are currently busy with the repairs. They don’t have a date of completion as yet. There was no delays on our side or the repair side. The only delays was for parts that they were waiting for. We do not extend carhire on parts delays.

The delay was parts and I was informed the parts were received and car is being repaired, momentum will never update you, they don’t even extend car hire but a premium is taken monthly from me for this service. Today 07 September 2022 I sit without a car, returned the hired car and no response from my insurance, I am not sure how I am expected to move around, go to work ect. I regret joining this insurance
