Momentum Car insurance is absolutely pathetic
<p>I registered a claim with my insurance for damage to my vehicle. Within two weeks my claim was approved, but I noticed the roof was excluded in the repair work to be done.So needless to say I queried this. To date more then 30 days later I am still waiting on feedback, and this after numerous phone calls to both Momentum and net assist (the assesors) No with the roof e=being damage I have water leaking into my car! This is causing more damage. I really think I am going to cancel my poilicy and take one from a more reliable insurance. The companey that was approved to do the work has not even phoned me one. This is R20 000 worth of repair work and they cant even pick up a phone.</p>

I have been sorted out in less then a week since my complaint. Momentum was really in the ball. A personal thank you to Tukedi Pitsi for your expeptional work and for going the extra mile. I know I was not always easy to deal with, but you did everything right. I will be sure to stay with momentum for many years to come. It reminds me of what I heard when I decided to take a policy with you in the first place. Everyone just had something good to say and now I know why. They say your insurance is only put to the test when it comes to a claim and in my case a rather big claim. I thank you for your time, efford and patients.
