Momentum Car Insurance is a *******
Good day, I'm disappointed and hurt by the way Momentum Car insurance is ripping us off. I had an accident on Sunday the 16th, Monday everything was logged and I received a car hire. I was so happy with the service I'm receiving especially for a person who has never ever claimed and not knowing what to expect when such happens.
Yesterday I receive a call saying my car is irreparable and they will payout but a certain amount will be deducted for old damages. My question to Yolande was if the car was repairable would they have fixed old damages and she said "NO". I said them why should you deduct the money from my payout when this has nothing to do with damages of the accident. I didn't receive an answer. I refuse to allow them to take me for a ride four years paying for Comprehensive cover without a single claim and now they come with nonsense when payout has to be made.
Momentum Car Insurance rips people off and we work very hard for the premiums we pay, I want my full retail amount please.
I need this to be resolved as soon as possible.

Yes I was, but I'm not happy with was we discussed and Kerry said she has escalated to her senior manager. Please can I get this resolved today so that I can fill in the forms and send them with required documents.

This is really frustrating and annoying that I have to beg for assistance when it's your responsibility to assist and resolve this matter.
