Momentum...# bring back my property

Lost my car in an accident 23 months ago now, Momentum's response was that "alleged drink and driving". I never appeared in court for such and I am still paying my car till this day. What hurts the most; I myself directed the assessor to the Municipal facilities to retrieve a video footage that would assist with their "investigation". Sadly, Mr...(Assessor) came back with a story that the eye witnesses saw that I was talking funny and also fabricated the story when I was taken to the hospital for my cuts I sustained, also said that the Nurse/Doc that was dressing my cuts and drawing blood was of a certain gender different than the actual story. I would had thought that he would had went to the Police station or Hospital to retrieve such facts.

What I realised is that, in this day in age some white folks (Assessor) still view black as just others/these people and we do not deserve premium service but we are paying through our teeth for a premium service/s. in my case I was paying over R1400 a month and never even one day missed a month without honouring my agreement.
