Momentum Atrociuos call centre service

My car was ****** and recovered but undrivable therefore I needed the services of a tow truck. I called Momentum and was held for about 25 mins on my first attempt. The same thing happened and I requested the consultants to call back but there was never a call that I recevied. The cost of the calls estimate to R200 but I never got help. Whytdoesn't momentum have toll free numbers to service their customers or it is their tactic to frustrate clients. The service is atrocious.

Additionally yesterday I had the same expereince where the calls where held forever. What kind of service is this?
