Momentum Assessors opinion against client's facts.

I was involved in a car accident on the 02/11/2019, The response from Momentum was satisfactory and my car was taken to Newco Autospray. After collecting my car, I realised there was a knock sound from my left front wheel suspension and I notified Newco Autospray management about my problem. They notified Momentum about the shock mount on the left front wheel which was related to the accident. The claim was declined because Richard De Figueiredo Assessing Manager at netassess made an opinion that the damage was not accident related. Prior to the accident, I have never heard that knock prior to the accident and now I am being taken from pillar to post for the past three weeks. My fate is determined by Richards opinion and my facts are not being considered. I am disappointed.

Waiting for Godot(Momentum)
I think the decency from Momentum Short Term Insurance to keep me posted about the development of my claim after our last conversation could have made my week better. Poor communication breakdown and service frustrates me because I am personally affected by the inconvenience caused, I am now in the 6th week without a car. I wrote an e-mail to
Nomthandoazo Mtatsi on Tuesday 25 February 2020 and requested her to update me on developments regarding my claim. I am still waiting to hear from her. I am no longer sure whether am I waiting for godot. Momentum please give your clients the service they deserve or I'll look for a short-term insurance that will take me serious.
