Momentum and plumbers are useless
They and the plumbers they use are absolutely useless. Just after moving in our home we saw water damage marks. We phoned them and on 2 separate occasions the plumbers said there is nothing wrong and turned down the claim. Finally we saved up and got a contractor to redo our bathroom and he saw clearly the pipes was damaged and should never have been declined. Now I am paying twice for something that Momentum should have done before. Why do I pay a monthly premium just to pay it myself as well?

After sending a private email with the necessary details on Thursday at 14:00, we are still waiting for a response. It seems as if the idea is to delay responding until the contractor has completed the renovations so that Momentum can just avoid any kind of obligation or assistance.
