Please explain to me how my premium increases by 30% because of a change of address from Benoni to Weltevreden park???? My security measures in terms of where my car is parked has remained the same, I now travel a third of the distance I used to back and forth from my home and office premises........

I have spoken to 3 of your competitors and my premium decreases because of my new residential address.

Your retention department was meant to contact me on Monday, to date, I havent heard a word.

Do you want my continued business or should I rather move on because clearly I am just a number?

I await your response by 12pm on Wednesday 13th December or you lose my policy and I take this post viral on all social media forums including HelloPeter and the insurance Ombudsmen.
