Momentum

I was in an accident on Friday, phoned Momentum with case number, submitted claim etc, as per my policy I receive a courtesy car. I was promised someone would contact me on Friday to arrange for a car, no one did, same promised made Saturday...still no one contacted me. I phoned again today..more promises and apologies and then they cut me off. So now I cannot get to work tomorrow. This is appalling service
