I am so impressed with the process, response, turnaround time, just all of it. I reported my claim to my Momentum Consult broker, who arranged for the claims dept to contact me. They called me within a couple of mins. Had a great and professional chat with the consultant. He made everything quite clear and made sure that I got a booking at the autobody repair I wanted to go to. I had a choice of 3 approved places. Everything was handled and completed within a week.
