Momemtum - Do not repeat do not chose them as ur insurance

If you thinking of changing insurance Momemtum is not the one to choose😡😡😡shocking service incompetence of staff there is appalling. Joined on 1st July this year the saving sounded good… well to my bad luck I had an accident on the 20th with my car not my fault for the record, then in September my ceiling collapsed at home and insurance sent out 2 assessors and an engineer which Momentum rejected the claim saying wear and tear ( really inside ceiling) with no sun or weather affecting it, after being built 11 years ago.. nonetheless the SHOCKING part is my policy scheduled is updated with claim having been approved I have been fighting for 3 days now to find out who is sitting with the R47k reflecting on my schedule as clearly I’m still sitting without a ceiling (which was in fact rejected by insurance) smell something 🐠 fishy… the 1st assessor that came out quoted the above amount. But wait it gets better the sqs is suppose to be 50sq meters well they quoted to insurance over 70sqs so contractor ripping insurance off right under their nose too but nobody can answer including the head of operations the wonderful mystery of how this appears on my scheduled as a claim approved🤔🤔🤔 Will wait sitting 🙄🙄 see how long it will take
