Missing Spare Wheel from G&J Autobody Panelbeaters

The car was returned to G&J Autobody Panelbeaters for reworks on the 18th November 2024, as some repairs were incorrectly done. I requested the going out footage or pictures of the car upon collection but they have none. The vehicle was handed over to the Panel beater with a Spare wheel but upon collection of the vehicle the spare wheel was no longer there and they are refusing to accept responsibility.
