Misleading insurance quotes

I joined Momentum Insure last month and was told that I will get a refund on my premiums based on the amount I drive. After downloading the app which calculates this, I was told that I need to keep my phone's location on for them to track my movement and calculate how much I drive. I have queried how they will calculate if I drive with my husband or use a shuttle service and they have failed to provide clarity. I have mailed them numerous times over the last month and don't get a response. I feel they have mislead me in terms of the premium I will pay. There is no clarity as to how they calculate the refund, which means they can do as they please.
