Misleading information from handlers

I was promised a call back by the manger Dineo Montsho after Ntswaki Malatjie could not back up the lies she tells to clients. Misleading clients bullying the m to accept conditions that don’t even exist in the policy wording. I have had no or email back. TCF does not exist here.
