Hi Those considering short-term insurance with momentum. I have been a client for 35 years plus, First Price Forbes ( excellent service ) Then Alexander Forbes ( not quite as good,local office did its best ) Lately now Momentum.( Now both the local office or your self deals with a call center ) This is when your frustration starts,you are directed from pillar to post. If you do not have 20min or more do not bother to phone. "WE VALUE YOUR CALL...AND WILL ATTEND TO IT." on and on and on. Gone are the days of having a broker that valued you as a client. SO LOOK FOR A BROKER WHO WILL TREAT YOU AS A PERSON AND NOT A ID. the Bonus is in emergency they have initiative / advice and can even give go ahead on a claim or advice going forward.
