Matter is not resolved because Momentum is waiting for Experts Report

My wife was is involved in an accident on the 18th of November 2017. The vehicle is a written off. I have no business with this experts that momentum is waiting for today is the 3rd of January 2018. All I want is the decision either way, it's either there are refuting the claim or there are settling it.
