Manager is managing out of the office

<p>Alexander Forbes double debited me for insurance since July 2016. The manager Mbali Mtshali is always out: leaving early, writing exams or just out of the office. No reply call since last week. Her manager Mr Agulhas is also not available. When I see the reviews that they are not paying timeously I can see why they are doubting debiting some clients. I need a new insurer pronto. Will be referring this to the insurance ombudsman. Just waiting for time lapse. I know they will not call back. I asked for a transcript of the conversation with an agent. Told would receive it this week. ....I dont think so.</p> <p> </p> <p>Shocking how service providers can disregard their client base. Shocking customer service.</p>
