Your time & patience & the extra mile you put in for me whilst I was on the Dealership floor with car insurance for a new car was "out of this world". We shared some good laughs together and when our call got lost, you phoned back immediately to pick up where we were busy loading all the new details.
Thank you for your help and your wonderful telephone ettiquette. Its calming and incredibly pleasant to deal with you, especially that I was in such a noisy environment in the dealership workshop.
