With the way service at momentum has downgraded since covid-19, I was pleased to deal with LUTENDO MASHELE in the claims department. Was quick to ensure that I know what will be covered under my claim and what was approved in order for me to query the parts that were not approved before finalizing my claim. Great asset for Momentum to ensure a smooth claims process.
