Lousy Car insurance Service

<p>i got hijacked a month ago, till today insurance has not finished with my claim.I heard momentum was a good insurer but from my experience i disagree.The person handle my case never gives me an update my wife has to constantly call to get update,she had to locate the docket as they said they could not find the docket, but she called the police stations and found it and we gave him the info.If its not one thing its the next,this is so inconvinient as i rely on my car for work.I am dissapointed in the service from momentum, after all the trauma and stress this is the last thing you need!</p>
