Lost trust

It is very sad and devastating after 6 months I was involved in a car accident .I am still fighting for my rights and what I have signed up for . I took out a comprehensive car insurance with momentum, little I knew that I have knocked my self on the hard rock with this company . They are not to be be trusted and I doubt so much if I can refer friends and family members again. After six months the company has been ducking and diving to fix my car properly and the recovery of personal belongings which were ****** at the scene , however the premiums are being deducted on a monthly bases and I am suffering. Johan the claims investigator wrote everything what happened and my concerns with the insurance claims processes, were noted but that has been ignored, to date I am still fighting with company to fix and compensate with things lost at the accident scene. I have been in contact with Nomthandazo who has partly helped but taking very long, I have to follow up on her all the time.
