Listed my name on ITC while i don't owe them anything

<p>Cancelled my car insurance & they listed me on ITC</p> <p>I called Momentum to join them on the 29/03/2014 when i upgrade my car but i discover that their vehicle excess claim was double my current insurance i then called them within 24 hours and cancel my insurance cover, To my surprise Momentum went and list my name on ITC claiming that i owe them a premium of 9 months in areas, they further forwarded me a letter to say i did not pay them from the 29/03/2014 to 27/04/2014 and as per my knowledge i dont owe them any money since i never used their services at all, When i follow up with them several times i was tiold that Mark Thompson is the person that is addressing the matter and until date my name is still on ITC.</p>
