Life cover discrepencies

<p>I took out a life cover with Alexander Forbes hoping their service would be best as I have my Retirement policies kept with them already. Only to find that I was shooting myself in the foot and mostly donating mostly donating money. The cover was activated in Septermber 2016 as per agreement with the consultant I spoke to over the phone. 2 Debit orders went off successfully Ithink in Oct and Nov. Nothing was deducted after that to date. I enquired if this policy was still active was told that it had lapsed (which I knew that). They decided not to debit from my account now they dont want to give me a refund. Instead they want me to either re-instate the old policy or go for blood tests to take out another one!!! What a disappointment!!!!!</p>
