LETS YOU PAY THOUSANDS TO A CONTRACTOR JUST TO TELL YOU SHOULDNT HAVE DONE THAT

I submitted a claim of my house pillars busy giving in. I lodged a claim with Adele Snyman who in turn told me "Momentum can just send some one out, you must get your contractors to come have a look and send us the report" I did exactly that and had to pay R5000.00 to get the report done. Today I get a mail from Tammy Mcquarrie, who spoke to her claims manager and have decided that they can not accept the report and who told me to get someone out myself....... So now I'm R5000.00 out of pocket due to Adele that does not know how claims work, but she she is the one handling claims????
