Legal Department is unresponsive

I can not get a response from you legal department so I have to resort to posting on here to get a reply.

I basically need to find out if your legal department has started proceedings to recover my excess from the 3rd party and I haven't heard any feedback.

I paid the excess to the panel beater and collected my vehicle on 31 January and I have been trying ever since to to find out the status of the excess but no-one is responding.

I need to know what the situation is so I can start legal proceedings myself against the 3rd party if Momentum is unable to recover my excess.
