Latoya Perry's good work ethics.
I was assisted by Latoya Perry. She has a listening ear. She managed to talk to her manager as I had asked for review on the premium I am currently paying for my car insurance.
She kept the promise of getting back to me and I was offered a reviewed premium. I am happy she was able to assist me.
