We contacted COCT but they couldn't give us a time when we would be reconnected. 48hrs and the chest freezer and 2 refrigerators were defrosting as it was hot. Lodged a call with Momentum and miss Banele Msiza called me. She took details and I received an email with the requirements to complete. I gave a rough estimate but Banele probably listed contents of photos I sent. Today, she called me to verify bank account. Ms Banele Msiza, You've done Momentum proud. Would not change to another insurer, that you can believe!
