Lack of service

<p>I've never had more unreliable and useless service in my life then what I've had from Alexander Forbes Insurance. From waiting over a day and a half for a confirmation of cover (which I still haven't received) to not being able to reach my consultant since 10am today, to being left hanging regarding a claim which took them 21 days to get back to me about, only to find out they aren't going to honour the claim anyway! For a long standing company that should be all about client service and communication, they surely are shocking! Time is money and they've certainly cost me a small fortune!!!</p>
