Lack of professionalism and giving out of false information

Thank you for nothing Fabian Appel of Momentum Insure,you have made my first claim with Momentum Insure to be my worst nightmare experience.

Your level of service is very bad Fabian, there's nothing annoying like spending your own airtime calling you, for feedback on my claim and I can't get hold you and even worse you don't have the decency to return my calls.

Worst of all I am fed up with your lies, because your feedback is also not true whenever "it's received". You have given my false information several times on my vehicle's status and claim as well, until I personally had to go and check my vehicle's status, with the service provider.
