Lack of feedback

I have been with AF for multiple years. Two years ago someone drove into the back of our vehicle and admitted he was in the wrong. I have been fighting with AF for over two years now to get my excess back as its a straightforward claim. I never have feedback from AF and have to email multiple times to get a response both from the consultant and managers.

This is unacceptable and needs to be sorted out ASAP.
