Kyle Pienaar - Excellent Customer Service
Hi, I submitted a query to Momentum the evening of the 07 March 2023, I was contacted the very next morning and was assisted by Kyle Pienaar. Not only was my query attended to and resolved promptly but all efforts were made to review my policy and advise of new coverage options which assisted in bringing my montly premium down. I received such Excellent customer service that was so refreshing and catered the solutions to a customer's needs.
A Big THANK YOU for the awesome assistance and service received.
