Know on cares or does they’re jobs

Have been trying for over five weeks to get some kind of feedback no luck I have sent more than 10 mails ,phoned them from wife’s phone as there repairer had not fixed my iPhone .called three times explained what happened to iPad ..When it cracked I just fixed it with windscreen glue worked fine .But think it was bumped on corner and pieces came loose .Sent pics and they rep**** is this your iPad ..They said someone would call and open claim 5 weeks 10 email 3 calls just promises.At eighty I am not someone who claims for just anything .My iPhone glass cracked a year ago never claimed just went cell crazy and he replaced it while I waited .Paid 850 called it a day.Why are these people so dishonest .I have a whole part of awning broken on end of patio.I am fixing it at my expense even at 80 battling a bit .When do we get some help At 2020 per month I am battling to pay them .If they don’t want to help let them give me 10 months instalments back I will get friend to do the job Frustrating situation
