Kerianne Olge - League of her own

I would like to command the excellent service that I received from Kerianne Olge, from day one when she captured my claim she was very helpful and polite in understanding the issue. Couple of days later when I called to follow up the status of my claim I could not find her but her colleague and the colleague promised to call me back which she never did, lucky when I phone the next day I managed to get through to Kerianne and I knew from that moment my claim will be handled better going forward. Kerianne managed to resolve my claim within the next day and reach out to me with great positive feedback. Well done Karianne you are the best!
