Kerianne (Momentum) - Well Done

I have had the utmost pleasure and delight to deal with Kerianne Ogle this past week.

I expected good service but what I received was beyond phenomenal service. From the time I loaded the claim with Kerianne to the time I received the answer on the claim was less than 24 hours - WoW.

Then Kerianne goes far and beyond and details ALL my options. I was truely blown away but her patience (I asked lots of questions and repeated them). She demeanour was pleasant and friendly.

Then the courier delivers my product within 48 hours.

I am so glad and justified in my decisions to never intertain calls from other Insurers
