I have to give Kudo's where it is due, from the night I had my accident, pressing the emergency button on my cellphone. Quick response, dispatching ambulance and security to the scene. Handling of my claim was done in just over 30 days, I would have loved some more communication during the process but can't fault them on handling my claim and the pay-out.
