Keep getting fobbed off by Alexander Forbes
A colleague drove into my car while it was stationary in its allocated parking bay in my company's parking lot. My colleague accepted liability via emails that I forwarded to Alexander Forbes. We reported the case together and my colleague even gave me the case number given to her by her insurers to expedite the process with AF.

My vehicle was repaired and I paid an excess of R3500 which needed to be claimed back from the third party insurers. I am still waiting on this.

I had to beg for updates and kept being fobbed off by Thomas and eventually his supervisor Lauren

The initial story was they could not proceed because they were waiting on the debtors pack from the panelbeaters. I got it myself and sent it to them.

They kept saying they had to wait on a response from the 3rd party insurers. I can understand where there is a dispute of liability but there isnt in this case? Thomas responds to all my mails with the same line - we now have to wait. Really? They will not reach out to the third party insurers to expedite the process? There was no response to my email from Lauren. I guess supervisors don't care about customers
